The residence Casa del Lecceto is nestled within a nineteenth-century manor house, renovated with Tuscan-style furnishings to create a unique place for dining and relaxation. With three large apartments, one spacious studio apartment and a pool of 128sq.m available to guests, Casa del Lecceto is the ideal place for a stay that combines rest and excursions, sea and hills, comfort and contact with nature. Located about 2 km from the village of Venturina Terme, the residence is just a few minutes drive from the Etruscan Coast, with the park and the sea of Rimigliano, the Gulf of Baratti and Populonia, Piombino and the ferries to the island of Elba. In the immediate vicinity are the Baths of Calidario and Valle del Sole. The location of Casa del Lecceto also allows easy access to the main historical and tourist sites of Tuscany, from the nearby villages of Campiglia Marittima and Suvereto to the towns of Volterra, Massa Marittima and San Gimignano and the cities of Pisa, Siena and Florence.
The two bedroom apartment Erica of 75sq.m, on the ground floor, comprises a spacious kitchen/living space equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker, washing machine and double sofa bed. A spacious double bedroom with third bed, a small bedroom with two single beds; the bathroom with bath tub, shower and bidet.
The large apartment Viola of 118sq.m is on the first floor with private entrance. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and a double sofa bed. The en-suite bedroom with third bed is equipped with a bathroom with shower-massage; from the stairs of the kitchen you access the attic bedroom furnished with two single beds and a double bed, bathroom with shower. The basement completes the apartment with washing machine and storage area for surf boards, bikes or other pieces of large bulky equipment.
The large apartment Rosa of 95sq.m is on the first floor. The large kitchen, with original fresco, is furnished with a fridge and freezer. The staircase leads to the attic with two single beds and one double bed, bathroom with shower. The en-suite double bedroom has its own bathroom and shower. In the living room there is satellite and national TV and a double sofa bed. The basement completes the apartment with washing machine and storage area for surf boards, bikes or other pieces of large bulky equipment.
The studio on the ground floor has a large living room with kitchenette and fridge, wood burning fireplace, sofa bed and national TV channels. From the living room you access the bathroom with bath tub, shower, bidet, and washing machine.
From the motorway E80 (Aurelia), take the Venturina exit, bear left for 30 metres and turn right towards Via dell'Agricoltura. After about 700 metres, at the junction for Suvereto or Venturina, continue straight on the dirt road (50m) following the signs for the Casa del Lecceto.
